Scratched paint, where to take in GTA for repair/repaint?

I already tried using polishing compound, it didn't do anything, I think the scratch is too deep. Will it need a repaint? I own the bmw touch up paint, but that probably won't come out looking good.

Since you're close to the airport(ish), give Kevin at GTA in detail a call. He'll be able to tell you if you need a repaint or if it'll buff out in 20seconds flat.

(looks buff-able though from touching it through the internet)
