Unfortunately, no. The underage rental fee made it not worth it. Boo.

I went out and took some pics (coming in a couple of days). Definitely a LOT of seat time to be had. But you better own a car with something of a rally-background (or a beater!). If you can find a place that rents Subaru's you'd be gold! LOL.

Just be aware you have to have some seat time on the track already to get in. All the beginner slots are filled...

One of my good friends had an NSX - full bolt on - Type R everything that I got to drive a lot.
Really good cars and surprisingly practical. Truly an everyday super car but be careful on high mileage cars, the re-builds are very expensive and once at a certain point they can be time bombs. He sold his around 148k and within 10k miles it popped. However, if you just use it as a street machine my neighbor has one with over 200k.

If I got an NSX it would be just to have an exotic looking car without the exotic price. If done right, like the one in the picture about, they can and do have italian feature.

A buddy of mine bought one used a few years ago. Black 1993 with Type R transmission, exhaust, springs, and a bunch of other Type R mods. I got to drive and race it a few times...LOVED that car. Ever since, I've wanted one. It had 42,000 original miles on it. He never had any issues with it until an 18 wheeler ran him off the road at 80mph during a rainstorm, and then he was rear ended by a speeding Silverado, and then the NSX played pinball off a few guard rails. Car was totalled...saddest day of my life

I want it to race lol I mean I have my race car, but it would be nice to have a more capable DD that could roll around and be sexy, but also compete and be so much fun to drive at the track. They are still goddamned expensive though. 03-05's with 40k miles and under are anywhere from 60k-75k. I found an 03 6 speed for 49k though. around 50k miles I believe. It's soooooooooo hot

Wow, you are doing pretty well if that is the saddest day of your life.

The NSX was the first car I ever drove stick. It was in Vegas at MFest. The owner saw me looking at it and said "Wanna drive it?" .. it was bright red thats all I remember.

It was funny because his friend was there and was astonished that he let me drive it but never let him drive it. He made a point to mention that to me.

LOL, I'd bet you had "qualities" that your friend liked in you more than his other friend! Or maybe he knew you'd treat the car the way it was meant to be treated!

Haha nice.

A late model Type-R JDM NSX is definitely on my dream list. Good to see their holding value

I wonder if they will continue to hold value when the new NSX comes out in 2-3 years?
