At the dealer for a routine oil change (yea yea wine about I don't need to get it done there, I'm a girl I'm not THAT mechanical) and I have the infamous airbag light on my e90 325i....when i tried saying i already knew what was wrong the guy tried saying I didn't know anything about my car I was so close to yelling MY E90 BUDDIES KNOW EVERYTHING! Lol this was a simple rant cause the dealershits think they are well the shit lol

Maybe find a new SA? Mine listens to me and has no problem checking out specific items when I bring my car in and specify areas of concern. For example, the last time I took the car in I told him that the rear passenger side door lock actuator needed to be replaced and they replaced it under warranty even though they couldn't replicate an issue with it.

When it comes to airbags though, this is a major safety feature of your car so I would hope that they would thoroughly investigate rather than just take my word for it. They are probably just doing their job and trying to be thorough.

Oh, and oil changes aren't hard, even for us girls

Which dealer ? Some are shit in the Chicago area. I filed a complaint against one with BMWNA and they had a new Dir the following month

I would like to take credit but there must have been a number of complaints against dealer.
