LED Angry Angel Eye Kit with no bumper removal
I just finished the install of my LED Angry Angel Eye Kit on my 2006 330i. I did not have to remove the bumper. To remove the cube lower headlight container where the angry angel eye board goes, I used one of those small flat screwdrivers with a company logo on it. Reach down into the engine bay and put the screwdriver between the two plastic pieces and rotate the screwdriver 90 degrees (easy!). Same for the top latch. For the driver side, I was able to remove the airbox and install the module with looking at the lower headlight area from a side angle. The factory angel eye lights are held in with two torx T15 screws. I had to move the coolant tank and disconnect the coolant sensor for the left side. After three hours and some frustration, I was able to get the second board in. NOT EASY! Anyhow, I hooked up the green wire to the + and the brown wire to -.
Looks sick. Love it. No bumper removal. Last edited by FK330; 09-17-2010 at 12:46 AM.. |

I wonder if this guy really thought as he was hitting the Post New Thread button that he was really making a difference like he just saved 1,000 endangered species or something?
