you can always judge a man by his shoes...

NEW RIMS )) they are white and im thinking of a design for 1 of the spokes on each rim like the volk style but a custom design so i do not imitate the real ones lol and yes i am WELL aware im running 4x4 status...just put these on yesterday so slowly i will work to lowering the car. enjoy

lol. real ones would be like half the value of the entire car (and most likely wouldn't fit).

OP, not digging it at all. only way to rock white rims is with a white car and they should be paint-matched. IMO.

Speaking of this topic, what brake pads would you recommend? Not tracking, just your average highway/street stomper. Keeping my rims clean is a PIA

im not too up to date on this topic...right now im using textar which is basically oem...i didnt care about brake dust cause 1. i try to use the least amount of braking as possible i.e. letting the car slow down by itself and 2. im not lazy...i can clean my rims lol

when I had oem pads my white wheels got dusty just going home from the car wash. So I changed to Akebono on all four calipers and it's a worlds of a difference!

The stoping power is still great the pedal feel got a little softer but I don't care and dust probably 1/8th the amount of dust if not less!

it's a free forum. you posted it. you got honest feedback. not trying to be a dick, they just don't flow with anything. are you planning to do white trim? wrap the roof white? white kidney grilles? i would have removed those ambers from the headlights before wheels, but if you don't mind them...

Yea the dust is killing me, i'm not hard stopping the car left and right so i dont care about the softness that much..going to order the Akebono's tommorow.

Yea, i dont think it's a laziness thing with me as my car washes take me almost two hours ( very detailed ). But it's just pain staking when i wash my car and go to work the very next day, come home and it's already starting to look bad.

car is wayyyyyyyyy too stock to pull off those wheels - especially in white. i would've waited to drop the car first and get a front lip and new rear bumper, then throw those wheels on. imo, as it currently is, the car looks hella awkward.

i like the wheels and i like the color combo, but you def need a more aggressive setup to pull that off. just my two cents
