Just ordered some replacement bulbs and ballast and haven't heard anything from them and no responses to pm. They communicate pretty well until you place the order.

Ordered replacement bulbs from Alex's site
Been 2 weeks and still no order status update. No response to emails either. Should have learned the first time! |

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks and nothing! I have emailed him, left voice mails and text and nothing. This is really frustrating the kit is not even for me it's for one of my customers and I keep telling them to wait. I hope Alex takes care of this, this is not a good way to do business.

He is impossible to get in touch with I waited for replacement bulbs but I finally just took out my alpine kit and bought lux and they still sit in this garage I have extra bulbs I can ship you what type did u get?

I know this post is old but I've had the same problem with Alpinemss.
Ordered some replacement bulbs at the very beginning of August. Waited patiently for about a week and a half, kept checking order, still said processing. Since then I have called and left a voicemail, emailed at least 3-4 times and heard NOTHING back. It's been over 1.5 months since I ordered. I'm not going to bother texting. You shouldnt have to go through that just to get a response out of a vendor. I might just open a dispute with the credit card company I ordered them with. That way if one day he decides to finally process the order I won't get charged. |

I wish you all would stop doing business with vendors. It the orders ship slowly, minimal response from the vendor, and many of the lights have problems shortly after installation. You could be without a light for weeks (or months) before they send you a new one, and it seems to often require public "pressure". Its not worth it.
