hey guys I just went down and checked my car and there is no option to turn off day time lights in the idrive menu. Am i looking in the wrong place?

you might have an older model e90. i do not have that option either on my idrive, but i told my SA to never activate the daytime running lights. i brought it in one time for an update and sure enough they were activated. i didnt notice until i got home and pulled into the garage. i called them up the next day and told them about it. they first said they couldnt deactivate it, but i showed them a bulletin that e90fleet had given me and they were able to do it. they wanted to charge me for it, but i told them i specifically noted that they should not be activated. you will need to go to your service dept. and ask to deactivate them.
