I have heard 15+PSI being thrown around in a few threads..

That's quite an achievement he deserves applause for. The "area under the curve" is the most impressive part about the ASR turbo upgrade IMO.

For the few people willing to run this map, I see no reason why those results would not be repeatable. And whether you like Terry or not, his tunes DO perform at the dragstrip which further proves he isn't just in the business of tuning dyno queens.

Haha.. Everytime i am convinced about a tune, something falls out of the sky and its like going in circles and cirlces. lol. But honestly 17.5 psi is just AWSOME..I really hope terry also does a joint venture with another turbo manufacturer for our n54's and we see how that goes. With the use of the bt cable, imagine a stock flash, jb flash and upgraded turbo flash. that would be sickk ..

Everything is so much more smooth compared to other JB3 dynos, even other 1.3 dynos I've seen. Hopefully Terry has found out how to do something for lower octanes as well!

I thought the safe limit of the turbos was 15psi.

funny thing is that he has them, but is too busy or what ever to put them in.

I am pretty sure it is because he uses his car for JB tuning, and changing the diverter valves would alter the tune behaviour such that he wouldn't be able to tune correctly for the ones having stock valves.

That's like asking how many jagermeister can someone down before throwing up?

Some folks are pansies and can't take it, others have an iron stomachs. Here's to hoping the N54 turbos have iron stomachs.

Ya I remember reading it in an article of Bimmer or Roundel shortly after the 335 had just been introduced. This definitely isnt something for the faint of heartl. Its awesome... but I think I'd pass on the expensive repair bills.

If 1.4 is a BT flash tune I will trade my jb3 in without blinking. I hope so that would be wicked if it is. Also does make it the JB4?

You should dyno your car with all your mods but with a jB3 (map 6) rather then the PROcede and answer the question of which tune puts down more power once and for all.
