I have ******** DP's, JB4 and DCI. i have been fine for the past few months and then today while leaving the office, i started the car and got the half engine light. checked the codes and this was the only one. no others codes to accompany it. i cleared the code and within less than 2 seconds it was back. tried it multiple times over a period of about and hour and the same story. I clear it and less then 2 secs later it back.

Idk what that code is but check your engine bay. If something like your charge pipe got loose or anything else with the engine then the light will keep coming back

Interesting. I can find several mentions of it. Even on the list of faults. But never a description...

its gone :-) i was out town all last week and didn't have a chance to mess with the car. i took today off to remotely from the house decided to install my factory alarm (thinking i would have it coded when i take my car in to the dealership next week to get the 2FC7 code checked out.) i got a wild hair and decided to update to the new JB4 firmware just released and while going through my menu options i noticed that i must have set up my gauges for metric or 535i while on the fly one day. i went through each menu option one at time and set them correctly. guess what??? no more code!!!!
