tunit box

seriously thinking of fitting a tuint box anyone have one fitted, am looking at the adjustable one where 0 is standard and no5 gives 326bhp and 470ftlbs, not looking for massive power increase but would like to match the later 335 engine with 313 and 465

They ship to the US but I'm wondering if they are designed solely for European models. I'm assuming this plugs into the ODB port?

no you remove the plug from the fuel rail and join the box to this and the other end to the other half you have removed, I believe this goes back to the ecu. the tunit can also be remapped apparently. just checked their website and they appear to do a box for the 272 version which I assume is the us one.

The remapping part would be quite interesting.

don't get too hyped about it, it's still a tuning box.

DTUK have a better box; the CRD-T that controls both the fuel and boost. I also believe there is one in the sales and wants forum...

They all work the same. They attach on to the fuel rail sensor to trick the system to increase more fuel. More fuel = more power. Buy whichever is cheapest.
