PreLCI to LCI bumper from BMW dealer during body repair?
Hi all. Some moron nailed my car in a parking lot. Rear quarter panel, bumper, tail light and maybe trunk need to be replaced. I have prelci 335i and have always liked the lci rear bumper better. What are chances that BMW bodyshop would put on LCI bumper instead of prelci if i ask them to?

Sedan or coupe/convertible?
If it is a sedan you need a new trunk, there is nothing stopping you. For coupe/convertibles, LCI lights are literally drop in replacement; so it is even easier. However, you might need some coding done to get the new LED tail lights to be working properly and a new light control unit since yours look like an early model. Search is your best friend for this FYI.
