We've got a 2007 335i E92 with the sport suspension (18" offset wheels). I changed both the front struts and rear shocks out 10K ago too. The front tires wear great. I still have 9/32" tread after 13K miles.

The rear tires are the problem. First set had to be replaced after only 10K miles. The new set of Conti DWS now have 3K miles on them and they are already down to 6/32" of tread left. They are wearing evenly just very excessive in my opinion. When I had the new tires installed I did get an alignment. On the rear the spec's now are:

Camber
Left: -1.2 degrees
Right: -1.2 degrees

Toe
Left: 0.14 degrees
Right: 0.12 degrees
Total: 0.26 degrees

Car is just a daily driver not raced. I suspect it is the toe. Any recommendations to reduce tire wear? Thanks in advance.

Try zero toe. Or close to it. Like 0.05

The toe spec you have of 0.12 to 0.15 degree per side is good for the rear. The trouble is the rear alignment goes out of spec very easily when the car hits pot holes. To preserve the tires you should get the alignment checked often. Probably once per year if the car does a significant mileage. If you see the "initial measurement" being badly out of spec in the alignment report you will know what I'm talking about.

If that's the case, the alignment is not the problem...this is what happens when you can't/won't rotate your tires.

You have a ton of different options:
1. Rotate what you got; the fact that your currently on a staggered setup won't effect anything.
2. Put a square set of tires on the car the next to you go to buy new ones.
3. Buy a spare pair of either front or rear wheels and run square.
4. Etc.

Keep in mind that often you will find the tread on either edge will be thinner than the middle.

Next time you get a new tyre measure the outer tread section, middle and inner.

I'm going to try and keep my camber where it's at and reduce the toe to .05 per side. I'll know in a few months if that helped. Thanks for the input everyone.

Update: I took the car back to my mechanic. The were able to adjust the rear suspension spec's to:

Camber: -1.2 degrees each side same as last adjustment.
Toe: New adjustment Left .08 and right .12 degrees. Prior adjustment .14 and .12

That was all the adjustment they could do. Hopefully, this will increase rear tire life. Even after the first adjustment the tires were no wearing evenly instead of edges like before. Still wearing quickly though.
