I've seen wrestlers at my high school do this... I've tried it and yeah, i couldn't do one rep. Forget what weight it was, but damn it really kills your wrists and forearms.

Yup! Like I said, my boy Mike is a MONSTER and he can't do more then 2 or 3. I can do 9. But I'm sure it has a lot to do with my training. I'm constantly throwing punches, and that alone strengthens your wrists and forearms. Its all about conditioning yourself.
