Wind screen wipers

Hello I've got problem with windscreen wipers not working. I called AA they checked fuses and motor but both were o.k. What could it be ?

can you hear any noises coming from it?

buy some Rain-X and put it on your window for now, that will hold you for a while incase it rains and you dont have wipers.
