I'm not so sure the owner of that car is a poseur...wouldn't anyone actually trying to pass off the car as an M3 at least have removed the 330 ? I think the owner put the M3 there for some other reason than to pass off her/his car as an M3...

You guys don't know anything, and should think twice before criticizing. Clearly, this car is a work in progress - most of the way through a very convincing M3 to 330 conversion. By the time its finished, only the owner will know its not a real N52. His other cars are all factory M's, but he leaves those for his wife to drive.
