From what I can tell, I don't think the 09' is an msport e93. It appears to have OEM msport front bumper but the sideskirts are not msport sideskirts.

Check out the difference in the sideskirts.

Also isn't the 09 considered an e92 rather than an e93 like you mentioned?

E92, coupe, doesn't matter the year. E93 is the Vert.

I bought the car! Went with the 2011 over the 09.
