ive always had good service at BMW Seattle, except for 1 time when some kid scratched my bumper in the parking lot...my rear add-on was basically sitting on one of those parking barriers and the service guy didnt believe me (gave me this look of "yeea right, can't be that bad), till i showed his sorry ass...that was my only bad experience

man.. I have to take my car in for exhaust repairs, and I wish I could take it to seattle, but they are booked till the 20th and I need it done ASAP. guess I'll just have to go to fife...
