335d & M6 Mini Shoot

Evening all,

Got bored with a pal (ashstar88) over the Christmas period and decided to take a few quick snaps as he has now installed his CSL bootlid and 1M bumper recently.

I'm not a professional but here are a few half decent shots of his and a few of mine too

Mis-read the title, so was slightly disappointed that there was no M6 Mini

Nice cars though!

That E92 looks awesome, love the 1M bumper. Personally prefer the "normal" black performance grills though.

Cheers Sam. No it's an Eisenmann Race oval tipped exhaust, much needed in my opinion.

Would a drag video be necessary

I would be the first to admit the 6 in standard form is bit of an eyesore. A few tweaks and it can be made to look not perfect but much better.

The 1m bumper makes the car so much more aggressive, defo worth it.

It's wrapped in satin blue metallic, it's abit darker than estoril. When the sun hits it you can really see the metallic.

Very nice, good to see you posting. Keep us updated on the 6 as I'm a big fan. What are the wheels? I really like multi spokes at the moment...

I'm struggling to see where the M6 looks terrible from Pacman. It's an incredible wrap job and an absolute BEASTMODE car.

Cheers Greg.

As below they are BC's HB-29, this set was originally built for an E92 M3 so they fit fine with spacers. They need a refurb though I'm thinking of changing them to gunmetal.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion so that's cool. If everyone had the same opinion then all our cars would look the same.

The wrap was done at s6 wraps. Top guys there and have been around the car scene for a quite a while and take pride in what they do.

There have been a few teething problems with certain areas but that's getting sorted in the new year. I would let them wrap it again without hesitation and no doubt if I keep the car I will change the wrap winter next year again.

Here's the link to the video they done on it

The front looks like it's been borrowed off the old 7 series (which is NOT pretty) and the back is, well ..... not nice in my eyes. On top of that, it's over 100k with a few options which puts it in the same bracket as some very serious cars, both in performance & looks. There's no doubting the performance of this car, but I feel it's way off in the looks category. No offence to the guys who have one, just being honest, IMO of course.

I will say though, the new M6 does look a bit better since the improvements to the front & rear, but it's not for me.
Porsche 911 turbo or maybe Nissan GTR for me in that price range. Dream, dream, dream ......
