Okay so I got my car back, it was the strut and suspension.. Paid $750 but better than going through insurance

BUT NEW UPGRADES!

So today I de-badged my car! (pics or it didn't happen, I know. They'll be up soon)
I have an appointment with a local shop for a stage 2 activeautowerk flash tune, Very excited about that!
Last but not least, I got a set of black ceramic headers from MMW

So thanks for all the help and guesses on the problem, glad it's fixed!

* but one quick question (that has been asked but this has a specific *twist)

when I get these headers, and install them, my CEL obviously won't come up because of the AA tune.. But there is the whole emissions test here in MA, I'm not 100% if they use sniffers or a plug-in.. *Has anyone in the Boston-MA area (with catless headers) knows a place to go that wont detect them/won't use a sniff?

Specifically for MA residents in my predicament or anyone that can help!

You need the offroad AA tune to cancel out the CEL, otherwise use the O2 bungs from MMW or BMS down pipe fix.

Do you have an exhaust? What kind of intake setup? Did you do the 3 stage intake manifold setup as well?

I've asked around and people are telling me if I don't have a CEL, I'll be fine but I'm not even going to stress
