Hello,

Figured I'd finally take the plunge and get this forum account going and actually active in the community.

I picked up my 08 Monaco Blue 335xi and am lovin' it. I'll have to double check with the dealer but I believe I've already had the 2 recalls done (fuel pump, and injector). Was there anything else I really needed to worry about out the door before I start to mod the car?

I do notice that while at idle (this happens when cold, but sometimes when the engine is warm) the throttle seems to "surge" a little by about 200ish rpm. Not sure if this is a sign that I might need new spark plugs or what I can be?

I'm also curious if anyone in our area (CO, I'll drive a bit to see this) has the AE Exhaust, or AR 335xi downpipes. I'd love to actually hear them in person rather than internet clips.

Also, does anyone track their vehicle at HPR?

I have the AR 335xi DPs on mine, no other exhaust mods, exhaust flap operative. I'm in the tech center, and could meet you at a local starbucks on the weekend if you'd like to hear the car in person.
