Istap Cas/dme-dde Resync

Does anyone know how to reset the cas/dme|dde
My car is just cranking and i have an ews temering error so my immobiliser is stopping my car from starting. We've got ISTAP at the garage but im not how and if this can be done?

INPA can do this. Just google search it. Make sure battery voltage is good.

You use ISTA/D, not /P to sync the modules.
