I am looking to buy a replacement set of 189's, with or without tires. The wheels don't have to be perfect. I would prefer local pickup somewhere close on the east coast but if you can give me a real good deal I might pay shipping. I'm a cheap bastard so the most I would pay is 1200 shipped.
