2009 E90 Residuals and Money Factors

Does anyone have information on the 2009 E90/E92 Residual and MF? Trying to crunch the numbers here but these two (important) numbers are missing! Thanks!

I don't think they're out yet. I'm waiting on the same things so I can finalize my deal.

They will be out in September. Bimmerfest has the lease rates posted each month in their Dealer forum.

for the time being you can use:

Money Factor: .00270 (standard rate)
Residual e90 328i/xi and 335i/xi: 66/56% (24/36) based on 15k miles, +2 for 12k and +3 for 10k
Residual e92 328i/xi: 65/55%
Residual e92 335i/xi: 64/54%
