Anyone workout hardcore around flushing/fresh meadows?

My gym membership is ending in May and I was wondering if anyone else worked out HARD Around here. Been going solo at the gym for well over a year now and it would be swell if I could get a workout partner. I workout 6 times a week about 2 hours a day of lifting and then an hour of cardio. Anyone insane enough to be my gym partner?

Nah bro definitely not. You get a lot better results with a workout partner.

Well cuz then you have someone to spot you lifting heavier weight...but damn 3 hours in the gym 6 days a week?

Honestly will. U were in bk area it wouldn't be a problem. I spend bout a good 2hrs @ the gym. I have a NYSC membership.

Yeah he told me that and I was like WOW! I dont think he will find a partner that is so dedicated like him! For me 45 to an hour is the most I would do....
18 hours is insane, but Wilson is in great shape!

3 hours a day 6 days a week isn't bad. I mean you gotta do what you gotta do. Muscles don't grow on their own lol.
