OEM or After Market Brake Pads?????

G'day all,

I will need to replace my rear brake pads shortly & am looking for some advice.
Basically i'm happy with the OEM pad initial bite & feel but would prefer something with less brake dust. I've read that the Axxis/PBR Metal Master Brake Pads are a good option but I'm not sure if they are available in Oz. I'm looking for all the same performance characteristics of the OEM pads but with less brake dust.

If anyone has any experience with these pads or can offer another alternative I would appreciate your advice.

Thanks in advance.

Interested to know as well, from what i've read, the aftermarket pads don't have the same bite as the OEM's (cool carbon, hawk).

I dont think its common. Mine doesn't do it, just means you need new pads.
