Hello guys,

I have a 2008 iDrive (CCC I believe) with the DVD drive for the maps. For some while now my GPS location has been stuck in the same location, where I get my car serviced.

The iDrive works fine, I can give commands, bluetooth, audio, etc.. Even the maps are fine. I can even enter directions into the iDrive but the location wont budge, for whatever the reason the location always remains the same.

Has anyone seen this issue before? I already tried the Mute + Eject DVD + Eject CD method to reset, is there anything else I can try? Could it be related to low battery, I've heard this could be a cause.

Im out of warranty, so I prefer to troubleshoot it myself.
