Looks like I'm due for a full brake job

While my wheels were off I checked my rotors and looks like they are badly worn. The pads have worn themselves about 1mm deep into the front side of the rotor surface on all 4 corners. This was by touch only but I've never seen rotors that deeply worn before. The pads are still good at 50% though. Car had 42k miles when I picked it up about 2 weeks ago.

Nope, dealer. But it was not a CPO.
