I'm running a proceed and FBO. I had waste gate rattle but if you connect your laptop to the proceed (Vishnu) you can adjust it and I set mine to 30% which makes the exhaust sound better meatier and no rattle at all

Which map version are you running . 9_10 is the latest and is aggressive. I'm on 430hp stock turbos no meth.

i cannot get any laptop to speak with my procede, cannot get the usb drivers to work properly.

did you just use the one off the procede website?

edit: oh and 505bhp stock turbos no meth (at engine)

lol, okay. I think youve got a very generous dyno! Just for reference, ive got similar mods but a cobb tune and my dynos have all been around 400bhp at the engine.

all other cars the same day, including two standdard ones were bang on the money, so it might be accurate.

but its only willy waggling for fun really, and a base for future changes.

it was at an audi RS day, and most of them were under compared to the targets as well....

Turbo developments are one of the main suppliers of turbo's to the trade in the UK and their 335 exchange turbos have a modified wastegate, prices are very reasonable. They have done quite large number so may well be supplying through Birds (with a huge mark up to them).
