On the weekends, there usually are not many people on campus and the commuter parking lots are typically empty. I doubt we would have any problems but since the campus is private, I'd have to check. I doubt it cause we're not really causing any trouble or anything so i dont see the harm. There is a really nice beach about 10 min from cw post on the north shore with a great view of connecticut. Plenty of parking right on the water and I doubt anyone would mind us being there b/c its public. If they give us any trouble at cw post we could just shift over to the beach or drive there anyway.

Which beach? Sounds nice. Very photogenic.

So looks like we have zero'd in on April 23rd Sunday. Though central NJ would be close to me, I am perfectly ok with Englewood Basin, Jones Beach or CW Post/Bayville Beach.
I guess on location we are down to three sites
a) Bayville Beach/ CW Post
b) Jones Beach
c) Englewood Basin

Good luck! take alots of evidence photo that it really did happen!
I am sure there will be No Shows!! Since I last posted the numbers, they seem to have gone up. I haven't done the latest count, but it looks like we are up to about 30-35. Will make sure we take lot of pics. I am pretty sure Dencoop and BringsMeWomen will put them in a slideshow. Maybe I can ask Vivekk on this forum to get a nice video/slide show together of the NY/NJ meet.

cheers-

Based on 530iii and Jspira's post on Bimmerfest the details for the meet are as follows:

NY/NJ Meet April 2006
When: Sunday April 23rd 2006
Where: Jones Beach
Time: 12.00 Noon
In case it rains the suggestion is to meet at CW Post.

Actually that's what I was going to propose.

Brings,

I guess we will have to take a vote on Jones Beach or CW Post/Bayville. Certainly do not want to split the meet into two.

My E91 is out in the Atlantic, somewhere near -32W 48N (onboard Patriot). Should be at the dock this weekend. So add me to the count. Doesn't Jones Beach have several lots?
