Thumbs up AluFelgen

I have just been a real pain in the ass for this company, and they have handled the whole situation with honesty and professionalism.

I have been considering purchasing a set of CS7s from this company for some time. During this time I have been questioning them about the correct fitment for an LCI.

After finally placing my order, I became hesitant and asked them about machining the wheels to increase the offset from et33 to et35. They infact agreed to do this for me on their site, free of charge.

After reading further emerging posts about LCI fitment, I have eventually decided to cancel the order until I read more about et35 LCI fitment after the release of their new SF-71 wheel. When I got back to them they had already sent the wheels for machining, but fortunately they hadn't been touched.

Even after this amount of messing around, Matt has agreed to give me a full refund on the order that I placed

My research and experience of this company suggest to me that they produce a high quality product at a really competitive price. I have also learned that they have great customer service which shouldn't go unrecognised.

Thanks AluFelgen

I too have asked them a million questions, and they always responded professionally. I believe they are willing to extend themselves to get my business. Well, ALU, If I can sell my wheels this week, I will be right over to place my order. Highly recommend them.
