In the normal e92 design, these lines run the entire length of the front bumper down to the lower grill. In the M-Tech, the lines end halfway down the bumper, and then starts again out away from the center because of the larger lower grill. This is classic e60 M-Tech and seems like the designers are just lazy and stuck the same thing on the e92. I like the Aerokit much better because it compliments/ exaggerate the original lines instead of making new ones. I'm waiting for the AC Schnitzer front lip because I think it will come out looking the best based on the e90.
yeah, the lines flow nicely together down the front of the aeropack, whereas they break off and restart on the M kit as you said, nice eye... something doesn't look right about that... although i've never seen the aero bumper look quite as good as it does on this platinum coupe, it's beautiful, the add on is hardly noticeable... meanwhile, is it my imagination or are the 2 sickest E92s around the bronze one from this thread and the monaco 330xd from the paris auto show? what is the deal with these diesel coupes is the body stlyling slightly different or what? is it just the perfect lighting in the auto shows? I mean the monaco/saddle XD from paris this fkn thing looks like a maserati... car is just insane...

Months ago I made a (crappy) photoshop of a camouflaged M3.. The bumper I used was a M6 bumper and the result looks like the M-package:

Here are the the rest of the pics z8man took, thanks again:

original thread: http://www.auto-treff.com/bmw/vb/sho...37#post1822237

The car looks like LeMans Blue in the last pic. I think the rear will look similar to the M6 rear...

I wonder how it would look like with the rear of the M6, somebody care to do a photochop if they have some time to spare?

My thoughts exactly. I'd love to see some kind of rounded rear projection off the trunk lid.

the back of the m6 is hideous. i hope they leave it as it is, just do something with the bumper & add a lip spoiler as seen on some of the m3 test shots

Good to see more pics, front and side are great but rear are too masked to really see.

So I'm not the only one. I love the flow of the Aero kit. Continous original lines, side splitters, fog light angle and small lower grill make the car look more aggressive and original. I bet that ACS will come out a more aggressive looking kit with bigger splitter. Love the car so much that I want to get it now. Damn BMW knows how to pick pockets from young american middle class.

only thing i like about the aero kit is the front. the rest is nasty (rear, spoiler).

m-sport kit looks good so far.

i love that new front, gives the car a more aggressive look

not sure of its been posted yet, but that doesnt look like a whole new bumper, it looks like a lip add-on over the existing bumper

not feeling the rear

anyone know if the E93 and E92 front bumpers are the same? Id think so

the front is not an add-on lip. it's a whole new bumper.the side sill is looking exactly like the m6.
the rear seems to be just like the e90 m-tech's rear.
