A road-rage confrontation Sunday in Lake Elsinore between a 26-year-old motorcyclist and a 37-year-old doctor in a BMW ended with the doctor behind bars, authorities said.

you'd think they could look at the damage of the car and tell what happened and which story was legit.

I just saw one headline, did a quick search, and was very surprised to find some that were just posted in newspapers. I did find more but I think the ones I posted got the point accross as to how far people will go with rage.

There's no way to know what truly happened, but from my own experience, the bike is often the instigator and unfortunately ends up with the short end of he stick when contact is made.
