Just because you're a new guy, I'll give you a quick run-down
E90 = sedan E91 = wagon E92 = coupe E93 = convertible LCI = Life Cycle Impulse (aka a slight refresh, but not a new model) E90/E91 pre-LCI: 2006-2008 E90/E91 LCI: 2009+ E92/E93 pre-LCI: 2007-2010 E92/E93: 2011+ The LUX H8's only work on E90 LCIs, and E92/E93 pre-LCI's. From the tags on the bottom of the page, you seem to have an E90, and since it was made in 2008, that would make it a pre-LCI. Unfortunately, you need to get the LUX 5.1's. Sorry for the confusion. |

The 5.1's are totally doable, you just have to follow the directions. If it recommends that you take the wheels off to make access easier, then just do it. You'll save yourself a lot of stress. Here's the how-to link for the 5.1's: http://luxangeleyes.com/guides/LUX_E90_v5.1_Install.pdf

Pretty much, yeah. But since all the installs are pretty much identical, then go for the brightest solution--which is LUX. But they're expensive, no doubt, and the OSS replacement rings are much more expensive, and they bake open your headlights to install them. But if you're willing to drop the cash on the LUX, you'll be satisfied. They're unarguably the best Plug-N-Play solution out there--don't go by pictures from other websites, it's easy to make cheap products look bright.
