I'm not saying they couldn't use work on customer service (from what I've read at least, I ordered a V2 too but wont be back in the country for another few months) or that the limp mode issues are ironed out. It just seems like there are a handfull of you guys that make up 90% of the negative posts and that people happy with the product will post the usual "Mines good to go! no problems over here!" like once a few months as opposed to you guys (who you gotta admit, some post the "die vishnu die!" posts every day!).

Again this is just casual observation, go easy on me!
You explanation basically sums up the use e90post in general. You'll see more people complain or report problems about their cars than praise them. I just posted this to forewarn new V2 customers and i guess sorta backup oritenblue's original post about Vishnu.

I'm glad I was able to get rid of mine. I'm still mad they got my money because I don't to support that kind of business model. But if you take a step back and look at their place in the community and business practies, you realize what they are after.

the 90% are happy just coz they think their V2's are the badassest thing ever. once JB2 and other shit pulls on them that 90% will be 10%

Shiv has a history of doing this. Look at his place in the Evo and STi communities. For both of them, he was the "first on the block", then ditched both for something new and hot. First Evo for STi, then Sti for N54, now N54 for Evo X.

It's a predictable pattern that they've repeated over time. Look at the reception their early tuning work got on the Evo forums, and I think it's quite likely that they won't get nearly as many return Evo buyers as they had hoped, now that they've resurfaced in the Evo community after a few years of absence for Bimmer tuning.

I'm not sure why anyone would purchase a new unit from Vishnu at this point, you can get them faster and cheaper off of the for sale threads.
