07 335i 70k auto. Completely stock.

I am going to replace my water pump and thermostat. Also doing oil filter gasket, valve cover gasket and walnut blasting intake ports. I might do spark plugs depending on condition. I think they have 20k on them.

What else, any sensors, any upgrades, change to DCI, just remove the entire engine.

I figure I am saving just about 4 million, taking on the task myself.

Thoughts?

Tranny and rear differential fluid drain and fill? Recommended at 60K.

Doing my water pump and t-stat too. Decided to do some gaskets and sensors while I was at it.

Looks like the same type material, so probably the same problems......just not in an area where you notice.
