JB4 shuts off then on while driving?

Let me begin by saying that I didn't quite realize the first time it happened, but it's happened twice more recently, 3 times in total over about 7 weeks. WHat happens is this:

I'll be driving along, giving it a little bit of gas (10%) in 5th or 6th and suddenly I'll feel a super tiny jerk (like the throttle stopped responding and then immediately responded again) and my gauges will do the full startup sweep since I have that option enabled. It's only for a split second though, it honestly didn't interfere with my driving at all but it's pretty weird

Any ideas on the cause?

You either have older firmware that was bugged, or have a loose CAN wire in the DME box. Most recent firmware is posted in BMS' forum in the N55 sticky. I'd try that first.

I had that exact issue too, firmware fixed it.

Option (2)

If your can wires are smudged up with that black stuff in the connector cap it could be messing with the connection. A little rubbing alcohol on a rag will take care of it easily.
