It is a Neo Chrome Shift Knob with the OEM shift Lever. It is cut to make it a short shifter. As you can see by the pictures my set is a little but smaller than my friends Short Shifter with his BMW performance Knob on. Also while changing gears it is noticeably smoother. My shifter is the one with the shorter top. Shift knob is $60 its self.
