I would like to know how many here have just used double sided tape to install the oem spoiler??? I hate using beta link, if I don't need too, I would love to avoid it!!

past experience with 3M tape or the ones from Wurth that thing seriously sticks to the surface...you'd have to use some serious muscles to get it off.

I think it's a good idea to use the double-sided mounting tape. foofighter is right--it's hard to remove, but not as hard as betalink (which is what i used). should u change your mind about which rear spoiler to use in the future, the tape route would be easier to cope with.

^^^bingo...if you're A.D.D. w/ mods you may want to go the route of 3M tape...the betalink solution is more permanent...

I'm going the tape route, concerned though about the edges coming up over time. I wash my car every week too...

you dont have to worry bout that...when i taped my car w/ the E46 rear spoiler the tape width was 3/8" and it held up fine...
