I'm thinking the same, but I haven switched back to winters once already.. I think I'm waiting for July 1... Then I can have one or two solid months with them on..

Clear and sunny here near Hartford, CT. - that is those places that aren't under water.

Maybe, I'll even have time to squeeze in a detail...that might be hoping for too much, though.

A long time ago, I worked with a Texan who used to say that he liked to spend the summer in New England if he could get that day off.

I'm thinking that I might actually swap tires on at least one of the cars this weekend. Woo-hoo!!!! And maybe even do some detailing. Now THAT would be fun.

Definitely looking like good weather for detailing this weekend. Man the brakes on the 335i do shed lots of dust...

Detail the car, you can work on the bathroom in the winter. And there's plenty of trees around until you get it fixed..

Priorities! Dude, you can live in your car, but you can't drive your house!

I had one bathroom out of commission for 8 months for replacement of the most expensive 89-cent washer in history. (Replaced the washer...but broke the tank while testing for water-tightness. Decided to remodel...long story, but the highlight was the New Year's Eve party with the bathroom still not working, and a toilet in a box in the living room.)

Um...I probably should have also added that there's another bathroom in the place.

I did throw a tablecloth over the box...but several of my friends said I really should have pulled it out of the box, filled the tank with water, and used it as a vase.

I have some very weird friends.

I kept picturing people needing to get into the box to use the toilet...

"'scuse me, mind if I use the ladies' room?"
"Sure, help yourself...it's over there in the box. I cut a little door into the fron to make it easier to get into."

Toilet planter....hmmmm...maybe that's what I should do with the extra one I pulled out.
