And you know why it doesn't accept the coding? There's no "aktiv" in welcome lights. It's "soft_einschalten". If you have Xenon headlights that won't work either, I think you need either "hart_einschalten" or there's no way to have them on.

Guys, any way to disable-enable one-touch sun roof?
Doh, my mistake! I knew about the soft_einschalten and hart_einschalten, too. For whatever reason I didn't think that would translate to the headlights, but I guess it does. I'll try the soft_einschalten (my car has halogens) tonight to see if it takes.

Anyone have any clue why my alarm doesn't work, even though I've added $302 to the VO?

awesome
From what I have read so far, registering a new battery may not be possible on the E9X's but I may be wrong.

Is there anybody out there with a 335xi / 335i with 6AT paddleshift that could dump their FSW_PSW and their VO for me? I got one so far, and tried to match my car to it, but my paddles still don't work. Would welcome another dump or two to see if I can spot the difference.

Thanks!

The seller isn't willing to go below $90.00 anymore. He claims that $90.00 is the lowest price including an OBD2 female to male adapter and the $85.00 price did not include the OBD2 female to male adapter (which I am not sure is required).

Why would you need a F2M adapter? The car's OBD-II is female and the cable is male. Why would you need to get a threesome going?

This. I ordered both (without knowing that I would receive the F2M adapter). I offered 89.99 (just to be annoying) and the F2M adapter is completely useless... I'll probably put it in the trash...

Nice to see ya ram....I got the oem xenon working on my car now...ballast and bulb all oem and straight plug and play without the need for cancellers and harness.

So much better with the car thinking it has xenon now. Coding is soo addicting.

As far as I can tell ... the transparent plug end of the cable has no pin #8 and the adapter is basically has pin #7 & #8 tie inside it so it's not just a simple F2M ...

Has anyone manage to find how to get the RPM and speed guage to "test" then return to zero when turning on the ignition. Simply because it looks pretty cool.
Ive seen it done somewhere on an E90, so know its possible but searched myself and cant find the value.

anyone else having a problem where even when they change the activ to nicht_activ for the door gong, it continues to make the stupid sound?

Also I have tried to gain access to the spreadsheet for a while now, who accepts the requestS?

Finally Anyone know if we can code out the O2 sims on the downpipes?? Just deactivate them?

Yes, I maintain similar list for the E60 ... shortly after the E9x list I started the E60 spreadsheet too but the E60 list isn't growing as fast as the E9x list ...

Just an FYI - if you need immediate access to the spreadsheet I maintain a read-only version here:
