The bastard uninsured driver that hit my wife's car has now affected our daughter's insurance on her very first car. We were going to put my wife on as a named driver on my daughter's policy...this reduced the overall cost by over £100. Because the driver who hit my wife was uninsured though, the insurance companies are viewing it as a unsettled claim, which would put the insurance up by £300! As a result my daughter can't make the saving.

Bloody uninsured gits should be taken out and flogged through the streets.

Well, yes I suppose they are different. For a start most of them are honest.

This from a man who last year accoriding to the same report,was found to have misused expenses to pay £165,000 of rent on a £700,000 house he had already bought. (To my mind thats Fraud) He was "rebuked"!!!

So...........if any of us was to enter British Home Stores and remove an item worth £20 would we be 'rebuked'??? I think not.

Personally I dont think he should be allowed to travel on trains at all, I think he should be in a prison cell with his Lordy mates.

Sorry, nowt to do with detecting but I need a rant cos I cant stand how these people get away with looking down their noses at honest working folk while being little more than a common criminal themselves.

I'm on the M25 this morning; another BMW gets close behind me. Looks like a youngish Asian girl, not too unpleasant on the eye.

So we're in the outside lane with a bunch of other cars, doing a pace, fairly close together.

She suddenly pulls left to the inside lane, undertakes someone in the middle, then veers back and pulls into the gap between me and the car in front causing me be to brake - she's in a brand new e90 320d.

I give her a good flash of the lights and probably drive a little too close for a bit to express my dissatisfaction of this manoeuvre (not big or clever, I know), but what causes someone to do this?

A lot of young lasses are quite aggressive these days imo in the way they drive. Think they rely on the fact most blokes won't dare challenge them.

Used to be one I saw and she regularly barged her way through our village near the pub where there are parked cars. I know a few people have moaned about her. One day I saw her coming towards me and true to form she WAS going to drive around the parked cars and make me stop, when it is my right of way. This day I stopped in the road, got out and told her to back up as it was my right of way. She tried to argue but I informed her she gets right on my tits the way she barges through and she's an arrogant bitch the way she drives so basically fu*k off and back up.

Shame I wasn't in his Landy and kept going, would have been her fault and she'd have come off worse.

reminds me of a lil incident actually...when i first got my car...

there was a sexy "hairdresser type" girl driving a beetle who wanted to undertake another car in front of me....but she didn't manage to and had to pull back into my lane!!!...i went mad on the horn and wen i overtook her, i shouted some abusive words.... she was all scared and waiving sorry etc.....

MUAWHAHAHAHAA

i'm such a tw*t!!!....but it was funny tho...
