Been having issues with both Pines and Ft. Lauderdale dealers. Not fixing my car correctly after 3 visits, losing my personal things in the car , just bad service all around etc.......any other dealers in the area you guys use that have treated you well?

I have never had a problem at Vista pompano.

I usually go to Vista in Coconut Creek. No real issues per say.

I have found out that sometimes is not the dealer but rather the SA that takes you in, I hear nothing but good things from Pines but, I had the worse serviced ever mainly form the SA, took my car to Lauderdale and, Dave there was great. my car got fix no problem what so ever!!! so don't blame the complete dealer, report the SA and the horrible service to BMWNA!!!

Yea i was just frustrated, maybe the whole dealer doesn't suck but certain advisors and stuff that happens is just hard to believe for a BMW dealer. 3 times to fix a startup problem and A/C issue i'd say is a bit much. But hey got it back today ready to go so lets hope its seen the dealer for the last time in a while.

+1...Joe Greco at Pines has been my SA for about 5 years now and he treats me (& more importantly, my car) right every time I visit them. He even parks it himself so the valet guys don't scrap my lip, etc. I've use South Motors (in the 90's), Vista Coconut creek gave me nothing but hassles (to the point where I will never buy another car from them because of their service dept.) and Braman Miami treated me like another number (no personal attn. whatsoever from the two SA I dealt with a couple of time back in '04).

It's all about hooking up with the right SA/ team as others have had good experiences where I have not.
