Rear Door Trim removal ? wood piece

I found the DIY''s for the front door and the BSW video for the Front door on an E92 but I haven't found anything for the rear door for e90 or e91 . I imagine its pretty much the same but I was wondering if you start at the front of the door for the Trim Strip on the section that is wood and covering the Torx Screws or the back. On the front door you start with the front of that same piece.
Also any suggestion on doing it by hand or using tools.

Start from the rear, use a trim piece removal tool or a flat head screwdriver taped up to prevent damage. It just comes out, and then when you work your way forward, once you have it out of all the snaps, just slide it forward to release it from the front.
