Macht Schnel are a reputable brand. 15mm means how much space your wheels will be pushed out. And you dont have to wait for those couple of days of shipping. Just pay, recieve, install.

Depends on the offset of your wheels. (distnace between the center of the wheel to its face) But if they're oem offset you should be fine. 15mm represents lenth units of millimeters or ~0.59055118 inches. 15mm means length regardless of brand.
