that's a great price your sponsors can't even come close.

you will need a backing plate

and some good pads for each polishing/wax step you plan on doing

what type of polishes do you plan on using or do you already have some?

With 6.5 pads, you can do a larger area and faster, but then, it is harder to control. I hate running 6.5 inches pads in my PC.

With the 7424, if you plan on running 6" pads, you'll need to also order the 6" counterweight. The 7424 vs 7426 just determines the counterweight. They are interchangeable with a philips screwdriver however.

Just go to Detailed Image and get the kit...PC, pads, two stage polish, wax, etc....everything you need.
In fact, I just got in from starting my spring detail...wash, clay and intensive polish done. Final polish and sealant tomorrow. Wax all day tuesday.

Disclosure: no personal interest in Detailed Image...they just have good stuff.
