Unusual road noise

I recently put new wheels with hankook v12's on and I'm hearing this strange high pitched whirling road noise only when I'm cruising at around 70mph. My new wheels are wider/lighter and the ride feels great, I just got an alignment too. It seems to be coming from the driver front wheel but I can't say for sure since that's the wheel I'm closest to.
Anybody have any idea what could be causing this? I'm assuming its the wheel since it's a whirling noise but could it also be a gap in the wheel arch causing air flow to make the noise?

Any way you could record the noise you're referring to?

The cabin noise on top of it would be difficult but I'll try. It's not noticeable unless everything's quiet and you really listen for it.
