DIY Angle eyes tips please?

So im tackling the project on doing the LED angle eyes upgrade on e92.I am still a little confused at few things if someone can clarify it for me please.

Q: after removing the old angle eyes rings what are some ways you guys used to install the new rings? any pictures would be appreciated and i may do it full DIY while doing this to help the next person.

Q: what temp are you guys backing this at and for how long?

Very interested also.
I think they are being replaced with LED rings, where the entire ring is full of LEDs.

eBay item numbers:
251157199751
And
251157199773
2 different sizes.

I baked my e92 lights at 200 degrees for 7 minutes to open and the same when I resealed them.

It's hot enough to make the "glue" work-able but not hot enough to melt the headlight plastic. It already heats a lot with the lights on.

Also make sure you pre-heat the oven otherwise you will hurt them.
