I bought my '09 328i xDrive with 57k miles for $25.5k CPO.
It was super loaded with: -6-spd manual transmission -Monaco Blue/Beige Leather -Cold Weather Package -Premium Package -17" V-Spoke Wheels -Light Burl Walnut Interior Trim -Xenon Adaptive Headlights -DVD-Based Navigation -High-Definition Radio -Logic 7 Sound -iPod and USB adapter I don't have many tips except don't let them take you for a ride. I shopped around a lot, but ultimately didn't have much control over the deal. The car was located in MA and had to be shipped to NY, where they had to do the CPO inspection again. Fortunately though, I got all of the options I wanted. Don't settle for a car you don't totally love, especially not in this price range or segment.
