Ebay M-tech steering wheel question

for those of you who have ordered the m-teh steering wheel from qalbeli, how long did it take to ship to you?

I have been impatiently waiting for mine so i was hoping somebody could give me an idea of how long it will take.

As soon as it comes in longtran has offered to help me with install. I am extremely exitied to start the mods on my car and meet forum member in the process. pretty much everybody here seems to be really cool and nice people.

Mine was over Christmas, so I think it didn't ship out after 3 or 4 days and took a little less than 2 weeks to get to me, so I think shipping time was about a week!

Not to jack your thread or anything, but does anybody know about fitting the paddle shifters to the M-tech wheel?

Mine took exactly 1 week - I was very impressed. I doubt it would be more than 2 weeks to CA. How long has it been since you ordered?

It depends. When I ordered my airbag from him, it took almost 2 weeks. When I ordered the M-DCT steering wheel, it only took 4 days.

If you know where to pop the springs, it'll take about 10 mins, so that's about right

If you get the m-tech perforated wheel with the paddle cutouts, you just bolt them in, direct fit. If you get the M3 wheel (tri-color), then you need to cut them in yourself or buy the new M3 tri-color wheel with the cutouts for the new drive logic tranny and then you have to buy the paddles (which are still hard to get) to go with it as they are a different cutout and paddle and a little rewiring is required to make them work.

To those that have bought from him does he provide some sort of tracking number? Also was anyone else charged an international processing fee? I thought if i bought from an auction that was in U.S. currency that i wouldnt be charged this fee.....

The guy is rock solid and honest from his feedback on ebay and on here.

Hes answered every email promptly and has been apologetic about the delays offering to paypal my money back until the strike is done. I trust him based on whats been said on the board here. Nobody has ever had an issue with him.

He told me he would provide tracking as soon as the packages were en route.

he goes by qalbeli on ebay but the name of the business is AGE styling that you are getting the parts from.

Could you let us know when he shipped it? He emailed a couple of days ago to let me know about the courier strike. So I'm wondering if your's was shipped before the strike.

Thanks!

How did you get it in Alcantara? Custom? Or was it available that way?
