BMW Assist/TCU(Telephone Control Unit) disconnected from sharkfin for Kenwood

Okay, ditched the Dynavin D99 and replaced it with a brand new for 2012, Kenwood DNX6990HD. The Kenwood is absolutely awesome and I will post a full report soon.

I have a problem I'm trying to solve.

I wired the Kenwood directly to the control module in the trunk which allows the kenwood to utilize the sharkfin antenna on the roof for GPS reception. Nav/GPS signal is fantastic. Only problem now is that we unhooked the BMW Assist/TCU(Telephone Control Unit) from the module, so now I have a BMW assist check control error because it's no longer plugged into the antenna. Any ideas how I can resolve this?

What about a splitter, so both the HU and BMW Assist can use the antenna?

If you're willing to sacrifice BMW Assist, that can definitely be coded out.
